why this?

Yestrday was a day which saw a huge crowd of tribals in front of the world's sixtth largest steel making company called Tata Steel basically started from this steel city of Jamshedpur. Armed with bows and arrows the crowd was crying foul for the socalled injustice. Recnty steel compamy has recruited nearabout 350 employees' sons as security personnel for palnt. The tribals were alleging of gross negligence done by the company to the community but as matter of fact the comoany has never has made any employment policy in which there is compulsion for recruitment of sons of the soil. It has its own requirements and acts to fulfill them. There is no legal binding for any type of reservation for tribals. But, then the are demanding justice. may be the way is wrong but they are hoping that something will come out in their interest. State government is not giving them employment. but the big question is why they are not going to governmsnt to fulfill there dream?
