Who is Responsible?

Steel city of Jamshedpur is witnessing a helpless situation where kids and teens are hanging themselves due to academic failures.Standard 11th student of a noted academic institution Sacred Heart Convent committed suicide under depression due to poor performance in science subjects and not allowed to get admitted in science stream for pursuing her goal of engineering as a career. Ria Bannerji's father is a bank manger.daughter. Just a day before another student of Loyola school reading in std. six hanged himself under the apprehension of failure in annual exam. you can imagine his mothers conditions when she returned home holding report card of her son in her hands to tell him that he has passed but when she opened the door she found her son was hanging with the ceiling fan. on 18th march another student of Kerala Samajam model school sacrificed her life due to same reason. Now who is responsible parents, school management or the society ?
